Blake Hammill
Executive Director,
Case Manager
Blake Hammill serves as the Executive Director and Case Manager at Tennessee Detox Center, where he plays a central role in guiding individuals and families through the earliest and most critical stages of addiction recovery. With a strong background in behavioral health operations and client advocacy, Blake is dedicated to ensuring that every patient receives compassionate, ethical, and individualized care from the moment they reach out.
In his leadership role, Blake oversees daily operations, admissions coordination, and clinical support processes, working closely with medical providers and treatment teams to maintain the highest standards of care. As a Case Manager, he is deeply involved in treatment planning, discharge coordination, and continuity of care, helping clients transition smoothly into the next phase of recovery with the resources and support they need to succeed.
Blake is known for his hands-on leadership style, commitment to transparency, and unwavering focus on patient dignity. His mission is to create a safe, structured, and supportive environment where individuals struggling with substance use disorders can begin healing with confidence and hope.

Jessica Thomas
Director of Nursing, Certified Addiction Registered Nurse (CARN)
Jessy, a dedicated healthcare professional from Mt. Juliet, TN, has been working in the field since 2010. A registered nurse since 2015 and a certified addiction RN since 2020, her attention to detail enables her to create customized treatment plans for patients. Outside of work, Jessy enjoys hiking with her dog Pugsley, who is also a valued team member.

Nickole Beaman
Assistant Director of Nursing, RN, BSN, CARN
Nickole Beaman, RN, BSN, CARN, serves as the Assistant Director of Nursing at Tennessee Detox Center, where she provides clinical leadership and oversees the delivery of safe, evidence-based medical detox services. With extensive experience in addiction medicine and nursing leadership, Nickole is committed to ensuring the highest standards of patient care during the detoxification process.
As a Certified Addictions Registered Nurse (CARN), Nickole brings specialized expertise in substance use disorder treatment, withdrawal management, and patient safety. She works closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical staff to implement individualized care plans, monitor medical stability, and support patients through the physical and emotional challenges of early recovery.
Nickole is known for her compassionate, patient-centered approach and strong clinical oversight. Her leadership helps foster a calm, structured, and supportive environment where patients can detox safely while feeling respected, understood, and cared for throughout every stage of treatment.

Dr. Vahid Osman

Dr. Vahid Osman, M.D., is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist and Addictionologist at Tennessee Detox Center, where he provides medical oversight and psychiatric leadership for patients undergoing detoxification and early recovery. With extensive experience in addiction medicine and mental health treatment, Dr. Osman specializes in the evaluation and management of substance use disorders and co-occurring psychiatric conditions.
Dr. Osman oversees medical detox protocols, medication management, and psychiatric stabilization, working closely with nurse practitioners, nursing staff, and therapists to ensure safe, evidence-based, and individualized care. His clinical approach integrates psychiatric expertise with addiction-focused treatment, addressing both the neurological and psychological components of dependency.

Josh Sprung

Board Certified Clinical Social Worker
Josh Sprung, L.C.S.W., is a Board-Certified Clinical Social Worker at Tennessee Detox Center, where he provides therapeutic and clinical support to individuals facing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health challenges. With advanced training in clinical social work, Josh specializes in assessment, crisis intervention, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to early recovery.
Josh works closely with the medical, nursing, and therapy teams to address the emotional, behavioral, and psychosocial aspects of addiction. His role includes supporting patients through stabilization, helping them develop coping strategies, and coordinating care that considers family systems, social stressors, and long-term recovery planning.

Marshall D. Neal
Primary Therapist, MA, LADAX-II, LCDC
Marshall D. Neal, MA, LADAX-II, LCDC, serves as the Primary Therapist at Tennessee Detox Center, where he provides therapeutic support to individuals navigating the early stages of recovery from substance use disorders. With a strong foundation in behavioral health counseling and addiction treatment, Marshall is dedicated to helping patients build insight, stability, and motivation during detox and stabilization.
Holding a Master’s degree (MA) and advanced credentials as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor II (LADAX-II) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), Marshall brings extensive clinical expertise in substance use disorders, co-occurring conditions, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches. He works closely with the medical and nursing teams to develop individualized treatment plans that address both the psychological and emotional aspects of addiction.
Marshall is known for his empathetic, client-centered approach and his ability to create a safe, supportive therapeutic environment. His focus is on empowering individuals to engage in treatment, strengthen coping skills, and prepare for the next phase of long-term recovery with confidence and clarity.

Takara Figueroa
NP, DNP, APRN, FNP-C
Takara Figueroa, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, is a Nurse Practitioner at Tennessee Detox Center, where she provides advanced medical care and clinical oversight for patients undergoing detoxification and early recovery. With doctoral-level training in nursing practice, Takara specializes in comprehensive patient assessment, medication management, and evidence-based treatment for substance use disorders.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner-Certified (FNP-C), Takara collaborates closely with physicians, nursing staff, and therapists to ensure safe withdrawal management, address co-occurring medical conditions, and develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs. Her clinical approach emphasizes patient safety, stabilization, and compassionate support during one of the most vulnerable stages of recovery.

Adam Matulevich

Adam Matulevich serves as the Chef at Tennessee Detox Center, where he plays an essential role in supporting patient health and recovery through nutritious, thoughtfully prepared meals. Understanding the importance of proper nutrition during detox and early recovery, Adam focuses on creating balanced menus that promote healing, energy, and overall well-being.
Working closely with the care team, Adam accommodates dietary needs and preferences while emphasizing fresh ingredients and nourishing meals that support physical stabilization and comfort. His approach helps patients feel cared for and at ease during a challenging transition, reinforcing the center’s commitment to whole-person recovery.
